I have a 1990 300SL that is paint code 122 gray pearl on the upper body but I can't find a code # on the plate in front of the radiator to match up with any of the other colors #s in the book for the darker gray lower trim. Does anyone know where exactly this number should be on the code plate? The paint book that I have is for PPG 1992 MB colors so its possible that the lower panel color is not included in this book?
