Kynetx,
Make sure the Odometer is working. My wifes 84 300D only has 119k on the Odo, but when we bought it it only registered 22 miles on the first 50 miles we drove it, then it stopped altogether.
I'm fighting some vacuum gremlins...I don't think they're going to be all that bad.
I'd make the dealership replace that seatbelt, if you don't click it, you get a ticket....so make them fix that period regardless of the price.
ACC problems can get very expensive, but if everthing is basically there, I wouldn't worry a lot about it.
AC problems however, are VERY expensive...and if you can't prove it, well, then consider it non-functional and a $1500 fix (even if you can do it for $20 !!) It's a really good bargaining chip.
Where in TX are ya? (or am I reading to much into that name?)
