Couldn't you convince your girlfriend to adjust the seats on it so she'd be more comfortable? I know shorter people could feel lost inside a car like that, but she is SOOOO safe in a car like that, a campaign to get her to give it another look would be worth it.

They are older cars, but so safe, steady and comfortable, when in good shape. they will really stand up in a horrendous accident, not like those cheap tin box cars that are thrifty on gas. Just one guy's opinion
