have you got this thing titled in your name or your mothers ? i have titled my 17 year olds in my name with me named as driver. he is automatically covered on anything he drives that i own or anyone else owns. if it was in his name it would be expensive like yours is, now its only 37 $ a month anad listed and licensed as a collector car. in wisconsin we can drive a collector car 11 months a year after buying this plate. the 12th month requires a $30 temporary plate. weierd huh ? anyway have your mom check with her agent about different ways to cover the car. we have american family for everything including home owners so there is a discount but we do insure about 7 cars. . . . try it ! and as sosmesone else said in a prior post, keep the D$@# car. you can't find anything as good for what you'd get for it.
