You know its stated in the manual that all bolts must be torqued down only when the car is stilling on the ground. Maybe he missed it? I had a creak on my rear arm too and the guy doing the wheel alignment caught it. So here is a case of mechanic correcting DIY owner - there's lot of nuts so maybe he had a bad day and missed one.
