I know, but these kind of things have a predictable life cycle (kinda like the pet rock).

The folks selling these "kits" will make a little money, a few cars will get hacked up, most of these guys will get sick of dumpster diving, the "suppliers" of WVO will figure out they can get paid for this garbage and/or they will get nervous about suppling untaxed fuel, we'll eventually have more parts cars.
