The brake support bushing would give you a clunking sound when braking and maybe accelerating if it's bad.

Vibrations could be cause by unballanced tires(could have thrown a weight). Too tight lug bolts, worn rotors....

It could also be caused by worn suspension parts like ball joints, tie rods, etc...

I would start with the tires. Then check and replace all worn suspension parts then go to a dealer for an alignment.
