I want to get my own website. I am not a computer whiz, but since I have the desire to learn I believe I can build and maintain my own webpage. I want somewhere that is free or cheap, but that will allow a good number of pictures and different pages within the site, lots of text on them, be able to add links, don't care for a message board. I'm just listing everything, all of this probably is included on the most basic webpage.

I have seen some that are free for a year, then like $10 a month after that, which I probably don't want. But some are like $25 a year, forever, and that would be fine. Which are the best?
