their is a set of calculations for determening the size of the intercooler(someone chime in here), i noticed in your pics that the turbo would have to be "clocked" to get the output of the turbo posistioned so tubing for an intercooler can be added, also if you turn the boost up you need to turn the fuel up.. and a turbo charged 240D.. is something new for many of us i bet.
