Yes, but it's mostly a bolt-in only if you retain the 3.27 gearing. I'm pretty sure you couldn't use the 16v carrier with 2.65-3.07 gearsets, at least not without machining or modifications to get the backlash set correctly. This is for the "small" diff used on models with less than 200hp, btw... Neil V put a 16V LSD diff into his W124 wagon, behind a C36 AMG motor, and the diff blew up shortly thereafter. The 'medium' size diffs are used behind the M104 and M119 engines in the W124, but the 16V LSD carrier won't fit in those - wrong ring gear diameter.
