Michael,

I was worried about the seeming supercession as well, as the parts catalog doesn't reference such. But that could be because the parts book predates the W210.

The parts book provides the following:

201 325 09 44 RUBBER BUFFER WITH SPRING COLOR CODE IN BLUE (8MM)

201 325 10 44 RUBBER BUFFER WITH SPRING COLOR CODE IN RED (13MM)

The strange thing though is that although the above seems to indicate that there are 2 possible rear springs, only 1 spring is listed for the 124.034:

124 324 12 04 REAR SPRING AS REQUIRED

Would you know anything about these Red and Blue color coded springs?

I double checked with Phil and he replied with:

A little confusing I know. Yes, they happen to fit the 124 and the 210 chassis

The 5mm pads are $15/pair while the 9mm pads are like $5/pair.

I figure if they wouldn't fit, Phil would make it right.

Heck, I'll just order both and see what happens!
