Got to Burlington, NC and there are so many Mexicans living there, there are car dealerships, mobile phone stores (and of course mercados) that have signeage completely in Spanish and no one in the stores speak English.

What if a hospital in Brownsville decided to do this and you and your wife and kids had just moved there, didn't speak espanol and your kid had to go to the hospital, and you know what I am trying to say.

The Mexican kids in the schools in NC are a huge burden on the system that has to make special accomodations for them.

I also think if they want to live here so damn bad, they ought to have to take a freaking english language competency test to get their green cards, visas or ultimately citizenship.
