Whoa....I don't think my 240D could even manage those shift points.
1st to 2nd for me is at about 10-15 mph, unless I have to get out of the way fast, then it's 1st to about 20mph and then to 3rd as my 2nd gear synchro is bad.
2nd to 3rd is at about 30-35 mph and into 4th between 45 and 50.
I wish I had a tachometer and wonder why the 240D's never came with tachs (and I don't think the Euro 300D manuals did either) but the automatic 300D's etc had them....I have no idea what the associated RPMs are, but try to shift midway between the lines on the speedometer.
