Second the clogged arteries, I mean metal fuel lines

Take a look at the metal fuel lines that run under the car. They could have a build up (like scale) and/or some of it could have broke free then clogged an inch or two later.

If you put a temporary hose on one end of a metal line and then fill with a funnel at chest height it should flow fast and clear if it is not clogged.

I got the 3 different sizes of viton o-rings in this week. I'll look at them when I get home this weekend. One of the three will fit the tank screen. When I get it figured out I will post them up for sale on my site. www.fryerpower.com
Hopefully I will be able to return the other two packs of o-rings... even if I have to pay a restocking fee.
