We quit after 10 Hours elpased with about 85%-90% of the re-assembly done. I figure an hour to two tomorrow and it should be back on the road, after I evac and recharge the A/C and refill the cooling system.

There was nothing especially difficult about the project, just lots of steps, very tedious. Now that my buddies have done one they say they could do another much faster...so if anyone wants it done and lives near New England I can put you in touch with them.
