It took me all of 2 days (taking my time to be careful) to remove the 616 with bad rod, clean up and swap brackets/accy's onto the 617 replacement, figure out what I needed to get the conversion to happen, get parts and have new engine reinstalled ready for adjustments. It was really a very simple and easy swap in my opinion, should be even easier without the conversion factor involved.
