My 87 300D has about 187,000 on the odometer. We think it actually has 232,000 miles on it. It has been flagged as a true mileage unknown car. If I get the odometer fixed does it matter about the flag? I would be happy just getting the badge based on the shown mileage instead of the actual mileage.

187,000 miles is 300,950 klicks.
232,000 miles is 373,370 klicks.
