I am looking at a 1990 300D that I want to buy. The car starts great. The issue is that the glow plug light does not come on when starting the car and then it will come on intermitenly while operating the car.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be and how easy the fix is? Thanks for all of your help and insight.
