along with Peter sellers, George C Scott, James Earl Jones was included. While perhaps not his best role, I was astonished at the cast of characters in the film! Kinda like watching "American Graffiti"!
That movie came out during a really paranoid cold-war era in history as far as the nuclear threat. I suspect most folks back then weren't quite ready to laugh about it...kinda like the early years of political correctness and religious right...The Last Temptation of Christ", though short-lived, struck a lot of nerves...
