Yeah thats the panel.... the buzz box is usually metal encased small rectangular box attached with multi prong socket that pulls right out. It will be really obvious and easy to find when its buzzzzing. This requires zero mechanical ability to fix, just pull it out and throw it away. Pull tha panel, trigger the buzz device and you will see.
