			Man, that's pretty damn rusty.  I wish I had some useful advice for you.  I felt obligated to leave a post since I've got a 76' 300D just like that.  The rust problem on mine is probably about as extensive as yours.  I can tell you what I'm going to do with it pretty soon.  I'm going to get rid of it because I just don't have the money to restore a car with rust like that.
