For the drive I think it might be better to meet up earlier than the last meet in Sac simply because it will be a longer meet.

If we gather at 10am, and get en route by 10:30 at the latest we should be perfect on timing. That gives us time to get out to the Point Reyes lighthouse, stop in Bolinas for lunch, and wrap up for group pictures at the end of the route before it gets too dark.
