When you say the rear deck speakers are out, do you mean you have removed them, or you will not be using them in the system ? I f you plan to go through the work, a very good sounding method is a set of free airs in the factory locations. They will accept 10" drivers and no mods to the car. Just build a secure mounting surface (1/2" MDF should do) and attach to the underside of the rear deck.
I am not pushing and brands, but use something from a mfg who will recommend a free air application if you go this route. Use as steep a crossover as you can find ( I have a 72 db/oct digital. For power, use as big am amp as you can afford/fit.

The front doors to my memory are a one peice unit. It looks separate, but I'm pretty sure it is not.
