When I drove my 4.5 daily, I didn't hesitate to go anywhere. Even a last-minute trip to Atlantic City. Not an issue, not a hiccup at all - not even in the heavy snow that seemingly came out of nowhere about 10 minutes after I left and quickly resulted in the whole trip being in a minimum of 1" of snow. If you have faith in it, then you - knowing your car better than anyone else - are the best judge of all. Go for it
