I'm not sure about the frequency, but it might be on the brain for the phone itself...

My brain for my factory cell phone is in my trunk in the left hand trunk well.

I'm not sure where yours would be, but the info might be on the brain unit.

Though I'm sure a local mercedes dealer could tell you too.
