Going 60 mph on a flat highway? I would definitly believe that. I never seem to be able to keep it below 70 so I don't know how good mine could be. Mine had a high of almost 29. It's down to 25 now.... Could be the new diesel, or my different tires. I don't think extra people would make too much of a difference on a flat highway either.
