I wouldn't drain anything out of it. The most important thing is to keep the fuel tank clean. I would use a fuel stabilizer like you put in outdoor equipment for winter storage. This will keep the fuel fresh. IF it is kept inside, you will be OK because the temps will not swing so much.

Keep fresh oil and fluid in it and you will be fine.
