In an empty parking lot, I could repeat the noise and found that a sharp left turn (steering wheel turned almost to the lock to the left, but not quite, making a very sharp turn) at 20 MPH replicated the noise. A colleague of mine was along and said it sounded more like a tire rubbing against something. Possibly a bad shock and/or spring?

I'm confused! lol
