My 2000 ml is suppose to have a intermittent wiper system based on speed of the vehical. It does really work. It is either to fast or slow. How could you base the system on speed? Shouldn't it be based on the amount of rain?

can you retrofit the system to a adjustiable intermittent wiper or the rain sensor system?
