more info on the 190D 2.5
I had a sticking valve and did the valve job, replaced the injection pump gear. do the chain was lose.
The head is on
did the dial indicter
1mm at 11 degrees after TDC, tried 2 mm at 12 degrees as well
can get 2 full revolution and about 1/4 past .. get piston to valve contact/
interference..
is there a firing order.. why am i getting by 2 complete and then interference??
this engine has 280,000 mile on it , everything looks good, it ran well and the cam is worn a little, but not bad.
Is it possible that when I had the head planed, a problem was created there??
any suggestions
