Going to try to talk to Rich again about the actual drop now that have heard good input from that regard;
and bio.. he has said they are progressive rate, though the same numbers have been given..
and again, a FULL set, front and rear.

We are going to need to get a 25% deposit going to get serious, money talks.
I am hoping I can convince roy/whunter to help me out with helping facilitate the monies on this buy, Phil didn't bite on the idea;
would rather not deal with all these financials. please lend any ideas, it needs to be generated as a group transaction.
