Couldn't you inject your water/methanol mixture using an ALDA-like valve, that would add your cooling mixture proportionnally with boost? I've seen that in tractor pulling on the Redline Fever super-stock tractor (a International Harvester 1066)with a I6, 466cid and multiple turbos.
