Not sure if it matters, but I don't think it would hurt to reverse them and try. I don't remember wire colors, but the wire came out of the plug at a right angle toward the ground.

You should have three vacuum lines that hook up to the transducer. There is one for vacuum, one that vents to the passenger compartment, and one that goes to the wastegate. The vac line and the vent line both look the same (at least on my car. To verify without tracing lines, start up the car and pull off the two lines. The one that sucks is obviously the vacuum line, and should be hooked up to the VAC port on the top of the transducer. The ATM ports (one on top, one on bottom) should be connected to the vent line by use of the oversized Y connector. The OUT port on the side goes to the wastegate actuator. I don't have one in front of me, so I'm not sure on the exact locations of the OUT and the top ATM ports, they might be reversed. They are labeled, so you shouldn't have any problem locating them...it's just getting the right lines in the right ports.

Also, make sure all your codes are still cleared.
