Is this the same thing as Fred's Log House, Bentonville? If so, I think it is a private club (in name only) and Kuan's wife may not be in for that sort of culture shock during her trip. But they have good steaks.

There is a place there called the Taste of Thai too that I want to try if I am ever there again.
