Yeah sure, Just like when they say that no Skylines are, or ever were brought into the US also.. There's always gonna be some, and I know mine can't be anywhere near the only one with a limited slip in it. Don't forget also, that I do live in the North East, and a lot of people up here like to have certain features on their cars, for winter weather, so it is entirely possible it was an ordered package, by someone.
