The blower motor probably does have some foreign debris that is falling against the fan blades when you are cornering or stopping. To repair the problem simply remove the right side lower dash panel and you will see the blower motor assembly. Unplug the wires connected to the blower motor and remove the retaining screws. You should see some debris inside the blower motor housing. Remove the debris and reinstall blower motor. If you do not find any debris, it is possible that the blower motor itself is faulty.
