The 560 will have a 722.3 tranny, the 4.5 will have a 722.003 tranny.
Back when the 4.5 was built and for some time thereafter MB didn't believe in field repairs for their transmissions. We were to install factory rebuilts and the book only covered R&R instructions and linkage adjustments, fluid specifications and some pressures.
The most informative books were the theory of operation books that came out in the eighties. They are not included in the CDs.
The best book for disassembly are the various ones made by ATSG (automatic transmission service group). They can be had here:
