My vote would be for a couple of gallons of canola or soybean oil. There's no smell, no fire hazard, and 2 gallons = about 40 miles. Once you dump the 2 gallons in, get to a filling station as soon as possible and cut it with 1/2 gallon of unleaded, then start looking for diesel.

My 300D runs great on a 80/20 oil/RUG mix, and the exhaust smells great, too.
