Ok he FINALLY replied to me today:

"hi phil , i just have recieved a chance to view your emails , sorry i could
not answer them as quicky as they were sent , i understand you are un happy
with the rims , please resend the set of rims back (only rims ) and i will
reissue another set with the amg logo on , please carefully pkg them and
reship ups , please email me the tracking number so i could track them along
the way , i will have your new set in by thurs of next week also it would be
a great help if you could photo the damaged whl before it is sent, also my
policy is to replace items not refund as seen on the ebay about me page , i
will very promptly resolve this problem .

Should I send it back? I'm kinda shaky about that too. Thanks for any input.
