does not come on with shorting the two pigtails together on the drier - should it just run ? , Hmmm what could that mean?There is another switch of sorts there as well, kinda in front and to the left of the drier, two clip on type connections
temp gauge is irradic, but does not seem to have much effect on this whole deal
