Sure, 2-4 hours I'd say for a first timer...hardest part on a 400E/500E is getting the big connector thru the side firewall to the CAN area IMO. The rest is pretty easy tho, lay the old next to the existing and plug away.
Yes, a dealer will certainly charge you book time...not sure if its 6 hours but if it takes a pro 1-2 , you can bet they'll charge you 3-4 at least.
