Yup ... that is exactly what I was speaking of. When in congestion, there is no "fast lane," but there's always somebody who thinks they're going to find a way to go faster than everyone elsevia "creative maneuvering." A lot of the driving I do isn't on interstates, but on smaller highways where there are a lot of turns and lights and stop and go. Or back roads with one lane going each way ... I have seen the most godawfully dangerous moves from people trying to pass me on blind corners, hills, you name it, when I'm going the speed limit or over it. I always cross my fingers that they don't kill some family coming the other way.
