Specs for a 1985 300 turbo diesel, Federal, this is from MB their-own-selves, 123 HP @ 4350 rpm; 184 foot pounds of torque @ 2400 rpm. Maximum no load engine speed 5200 rpm. Compression ratio 21.5:1.
