Check all the front-end parts. A bad Idler arm bushing would cause the center-link to move up and down changing the toe-in as you drive. Just a bad alignment (toe- out) would do the same. Take it to a good alignment shop and have them check it out. The easy shock test is to push down on the bumper.. if the car continues to bounce the shock is not doing it's job.
