Oddly enough, when I inqired at my local M-B dealer's parts counter, I was told they use it only on BlueTec Diesels, and anything else still gets filled with 0 W - 40.  |
I'm sure it's like someone said earlier - dealer dependent. Maybe they're getting a good deal on 0w40 so they continue to use it in gas cars. I know that MY dealer is using only the 5w40 now.
