That is one of those "cool to have but mostly useless" things, like the trunk triangle. It's very expensive considering you will probably only use it 4 times (1 car).

If you can get one for cheap, jump on it. But if you have to hunt it down or pay big bucks, you might as well just get some spare wheel covers that are still in good shape.
