I can't really help you, but I have this problem as well.
Have you previously resoldered your CCU? I did mine, and now that the A/C works, it is doing this. The A/C was not working before, so I can't say if the resoldering was what made it start, but it is a suspect.
The fact that it's coming out the center indicates it's not a vacuum problem, so I'm at a loss.
