I just checked the Intellicast Radar, and it looks like that "massive deluge" will be on us (us, and your soccer fields) by lunch.
I knew that bright stuff wouldn't last.
Sure was nice for a while though, wasn't it?
We've been mowing twice week here to stay on top of it. And bagging it too. As it's growing too long so fast it won't mulch.
Usually in July it's been twice a month. Oh well....no "sprinkler bill" this year so far.

Other than that - Our lives here are pretty much in the hands of Mother Nature. So far, she's been a real B_TCH this year.
