I trust that you allow 20-30 seconds of glow time until you start it...........correct? If you use the light as your guide, most 603's won't have a clean start unless they have afterglow.

Yes, the glow plugs are kept on before starting. New injectors not having the correct pattern is really not something I was considering. So cracking each injector line and seeing if a particular one makes no difference would give me a clue.
