OK, so for much less than a million dollars you can move up to Whatcom County (think Canada, because we are so close). You can buy 5, yes 5 acres and have a huge garage. A friend of mine is putting up a steel building right now. I'm trying to convince him, that he needs a lift.
On a side note, if you burn Biodiesel you won't have to worry as much about the fire hazard. Yes I know it's your neighbors you are worried about. The nice thing about Washington is they put the furnace and water heater in the garage so you have a nice ignition source.
